"I have been a customer with Savannah Lea State Farm in Clifton TX for about 4 years. Multiple policies. I recently had two claims, one for glass and one for hitting a deer in my Ram Promaster. Had issues finding a repair shop to do repairs due to height of vehicle. Then when one was found , adjuster balked at their labor rate. That’s when Tiffanie from the agency went to bat for me!!! She helped resolve issues and is keeping repairs on track! Great job. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Great team!"

"Called Kim Lemmons to see about getting a quote and helping explain coverage to me. I was with progressive for over 2 years and was paying $300 for no coverage! Kim helped us get full coverage on my car, and more coverage on my truck and motorcycle for only $7 more a month!! So, thankful I contacted her for help! She was so helpful and patient. "I recently decided to change insurance company because of unprofessionalism within the company I had been with for a long term,I was referred to State Farm in Clifton Texas, and advised to speak with a Kendy Weldon ; what a “DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH” she is. I felt no persuasion by her to do business with State Farm , It was how professional she was in explaining things to me and her guidance on becoming a customer, I asked repeatedly if after completion of me becoming a policy holder would there be any hidden agendas once all is completed. There were non and just in a matter of 30 minutes of her clarity making sure all questions were answered and explained through the entirety. I was satisfied. I am completely satisfied and Kendy afterwards still have reached out to ensure my satisfied , thanks Kendy. If your in need of insurance with a company that treats you like family do so, call Kendy!!!"

"My 2022 Silverado was damaged badly in a hail storm last April. The initial claim process went very smoothly, thanks to the team At Savannah Lea State Farm in Clifton Tx. Due to a variety of delays at the body shop because of the Auto Workers strike making parts unavailable it took several months to get into the shop for work. More damage was found, a supplemental claim and rental car arrangements all required. Again the “SL Team” kept me from getting any headaches. Could not be happier with the service. Have dealt with insurance for almost 50 years. Have never had a better agent on my side. Thank you"
